How to set up IPTV on a MAG box

MAG boxes connect straight to our portal. Send us your MAC address, add the portal URL and you’re ready.

  1. Send us the MAC address from the sticker under the box.
  2. Go to Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals.
  3. Type the portal URL we send you into Portal 1 and save.
  4. Restart the box — your channels load.

Step by step

  1. Send us your MAC addressFind the MAC address on the sticker under the box (it starts with 00:1A:79) and send it to us on WhatsApp so we can activate it.

  2. Open portal settingsTurn on the box, then go to Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals.

  3. Add the portalSet Portal 1 name to “Wavo TV” and type the portal URL we sent you into Portal 1 URL. Press OK to save.

  4. Restart the boxGo back and choose Restart portal, or unplug the box for ten seconds.

  5. Start watchingThe Wavo TV portal loads with all your channels and the TV guide.

Tips for a smooth picture

  • Always connect a MAG box with a network cable.
  • Update the box firmware in Settings if the portal will not load.
