Refund policy

Our 7-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions: when it applies and how to ask.

Effective: 15 October 2026

Overview

New Wavo TV subscriptions come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. This page explains when you can ask for a refund, what is not covered and how refunds are paid.

When you can ask

You can ask for a refund within 7 days (168 hours) of your purchase if you have streaming problems we cannot fix, or if the service is not right for you.

Let us fix it first

Most problems are solved in minutes. Before a refund is approved, please give our support team the chance to help — for example by updating your portal, resetting your line, changing a DNS setting or recommending a better player app.

What is not covered

  • Late requests — requests made more than 7 days after purchase. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds after the first week.
  • Internet provider blocking — if your broadband provider slows down, filters or blocks the streams, this is outside our control. A VPN or custom DNS usually solves it, and we can help you set one up.
  • Device and app problems — issues caused by outdated third-party apps, unsupported Smart TV software, a full cache or a weak device.
  • Slow internet — buffering caused by a slow home connection. For stable 4K we recommend at least 25–30 Mbps.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the payment method you used. Your bank or payment provider usually takes 5 to 10 business days to show the money in your account.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute — we will always try to sort it out with you. Opening a dispute without contacting us first breaks this policy and leads to your service being closed straight away.

How to ask for a refund

Message our WhatsApp help desk within the 7 days and include:

  • your order number or payment reference,
  • your M3U link, username or MAC address,
  • a short description of the problem.
